This GDPR notice applies where European Economic Area or United Kingdom data protection rules apply to personal data processed by ATS.
Controller and Processor Roles
ATS may act as a controller for website inquiries and client relationship data. For project materials supplied by clients, ATS may act as a processor or service provider depending on the engagement.
Legal Bases
We may process personal data to perform a contract, respond to pre-contract requests, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests or based on consent where required.
Data Subject Rights
Where applicable, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. These rights may be subject to legal limits.
International Transfers
ATS serves North American clients and may process information in Canada, the United States or other locations where qualified providers support a project. We use reasonable safeguards for project confidentiality.
Project Confidentiality
Documents, recordings and other project materials are handled for the purpose of providing language services and related quality review.
